Terms of use
Last updated October 2026
These terms cover the SetStreamer iPhone app and setstreamer.com, including SetStreamer Cloud. By using them you agree to these terms. If you buy a subscription in the app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Your content and music rights
You're responsible for what you stream and record, including having the rights or licences for the music you play. Each platform you stream to has its own rules about music and copyright, and may mute, remove or stop streams that break them. SetStreamer doesn't check, store or license the content of your streams.
Your account and stream keys
Keep your password and stream keys private. You're responsible for streams sent with your SetStreamer stream key. If you think someone else has it, create a new one on your dashboard.
Fair use
Don't use SetStreamer to break the law or any platform's terms, to stream content you don't have the right to share, or in a way that harms the service or other users (for example by trying to get around plan limits or overloading our servers). We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions
Pro and Pro Plus are bought and managed through Apple's App Store. Prices, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
SetStreamer Cloud
We work hard to keep SetStreamer Cloud running, but live streaming depends on your internet connection, our servers and the platforms you stream to, so we can't guarantee every stream will be uninterrupted. Platforms can change how they accept streams at any time; when they do, we'll update SetStreamer as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes and ending
We may update SetStreamer and these terms. If we make an important change to the terms, we'll update the date above and, where it matters, tell you in the app or by email. You can stop using SetStreamer and delete your account at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for losses caused by interrupted or failed streams, by the platforms you stream to, or by events outside our reasonable control.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live.
